The sustainable design also incorporates a PVB film coating on the bottom of the bag, recovered from used car windshields, which makes it both durable and water-resistant.The sustainability extends to the manufacturing process; a solution-dyeing process is used for the polyester, which can generate up to 90% less wastewater, up to 62% less CO2 emissions, and use up to 29% less energy than traditional dyeing methods. Even the packaging is eco-conscious, made with 100% recycled content in the hang tag, hang loop, and plastic bag.
