Field-Terminable Design: This is a field-installable RJ45 plug (part of Panduit's Pan-Plug™ or FieldCord™ family) that allows you to terminate shielded Category 6A cable on-site, providing flexibility for custom cable lengths and repairs .
10G Performance & Compatibility: Exceeds ANSI/TIA Category 6A and ISO Class Eₐ performance requirements when properly terminated to Panduit Category 6A F/UTP copper cable. It is compatible with Panduit TX6A F/UTP Horizontal Copper Cable (PFL6X04, PFP6X04, PFR6X04) .
Robust Shielded Construction: Features a shielded (STP) design with a polycarbonate body and gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts. It has a robust construction rated to 2,500 mating cycles and includes a patented tangle-free latch to prevent snags during moves, adds, and changes .
Cable Compatibility: Designed to terminate 4-pair, 23-24 AWG, 100 Ohm solid or stranded shielded twisted pair cable. It supports conductor insulation diameters up to 0.047 inches (1.19mm) and jacket diameters up to 0.300 inches (7.62mm) .
PoE & Standards Compliance: Supports IEEE 802.3af (PoE), 802.3at (PoE+), and 802.3bt Type 3 and Type 4 (PoE++) applications for up to 100W. Complies with ANSI/TIA-1096-A (FCC Part 68), IEC 60603-7, and is RoHS compliant .
